A code can identify a record without defining the product
Codes can be seller-specific, catalog-specific, marketplace identifiers, style references, image labels, or internal stock records. Two pages may reuse similar codes, and one code may cover several colors, materials, or configurations. Keep capitalization, spaces, hyphens, and leading zeroes exactly as shown.
Do not decode a code into a price or assume it is a universal model number. The responsible page or seller must connect the identifier to the current product and variant.
Build the evidence packet before opening WhatsApp
- Save the original page
Record the public URL, page type, visible owner or seller context, product title, code, and date checked.
- Define the exact variant
Write the required material, color, size, dimensions, configuration, included parts, packaging, and acceptable tolerance.
- State the quantity plan
Separate the sample quantity, first order, likely reorder, and whether colors or sizes must be mixed.
- Name the evidence needed
List the current photos, measurements, QC angles, test records, labels, carton data, or policy details required for the decision.
- Add the destination
Provide only the location detail needed for the requested shipping estimate and ask what the quote includes or excludes.
Keep the Yupoo source link separate from the quote
A Yupoo product code or album image can help identify what you are asking about, while a Yupoo source link may point to a marketplace, supplier listing, seller page, or shopping service. Store these destinations in separate fields. The album does not become the responsible checkout, and the quote does not replace the original evidence.
If the source link is missing, expired, or opens a different variant, record the mismatch before continuing. A similar listing is not automatically the original source.
Ask category-specific questions with the same code
| Product type | Add to the code and variant | Evidence worth requesting |
|---|---|---|
| Clothing or jerseys | Material, cut, color, labeled size, name or number options | Chest and length measurement path, front and back, collar, seams, print or patch placement |
| Shoes | Colorway, labeled size, interior length, material, box requirement | Both profiles, toe, heel, sole, interior measurement, packaging |
| Bags | Dimensions, color, material, hardware, compartments | Front, back, sides, base, interior, closures, scale, packed shape |
| Accessories | Exact dimensions, material, fastening, included parts | Scale reference, close-ups, component list, packaging |
| Electronics | Model, ports, plug, compatibility, configuration | Included parts, labels, test evidence, battery or safety information from a responsible source |
Send a quote request that can be answered in one reply
Compare replies field by field
| Reply field | Usable answer | Reason to follow up |
|---|---|---|
| Item | Repeats the code, source, and exact variant | Uses only a generic product name or different photo |
| Price | States currency, unit, tier, validity, and inclusions | Returns a bare number or switches quantity |
| MOQ | Explains the minimum per style, variant, and carton | Says “low MOQ” without defining the unit |
| Evidence | Connects measurements or QC photos to the current item | Sends unrelated catalog images or an unknown batch |
| Shipping | Names the basis, package data, destination, and exclusions | Promises worldwide shipping without route or responsibility |
| Policy | Identifies the responsible party and current terms | Relies only on a chat promise or payment pressure |
Preserve changes instead of rewriting the old quote
Save each response with its date, contact route, item code, variant, quantity, amount, currency, evidence, and unanswered fields. If a later message changes the price, account, product, lead time, or shipping basis, keep both observations and ask why.
This creates a useful record for comparison without turning a chat reply into seller verification, guaranteed stock, or a permanent price list.
Stop when the code no longer anchors the conversation
- The reply changes the item, code, variant, or source without explanation.
- The contact will not identify the responsible seller or company behind the quote.
- Requested measurements, QC photos, or test evidence belong to another item.
- Price and payment details change while urgency increases.
- The only evidence is a promotional image or an unsupported guarantee.
